Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are no problem at all if the item is unworn.  If items don’t fit or you just don’t like them please send them back to:

Please put a note inside with your name or order number inside and advise on a note if you would like to exchange for another size or if you would like a refund.  Buyer is responsible for return costs in these cases.

If the item arrives in a less than perfect condition or is damaged within 30 days of receiving it please contact us at thekarmicchameleonstore@gmail.com send a picture of the affected area and advise if you would prefer a refund or a replacement sending. Seller is responsible for return costs in these circumstances.

If you return items that were part of a multi-item discount or a tiered spending offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if returning your item means your total purchase no longer qualifies for a discount, the refund will reflect the adjusted price of the items you keep.
